whose lovely taste and trust allowed me to have this magnificent gown.

(which is sort of hard to get out of.)

nice. nothing i've worn has provoked "holy bagonias" in ages.

we'll hem it for parade convenience; the train bustles up, so we'll make it so that there's only a small amount of train that can be rendered non-floor-touching when bustled.

i did think the back was neater on the mannequin. the top of the dress is a bit big, which we can fix by taking up the shoulders a tiny bit--but the straps are really far to the outside of my shoulders, almost in my armpit, when they were more straight-up-and-down on the shoulder blades of the mannequin.

overall, though: totally bewitched by the dress.

Jen's mom says: what an amazing dress and one of my favorite colors. I can't wait to see them all together.

I'm pretty bewitched too.
