Nothing's final 'til you sign the contract

I'm too excited not to say anything about it: I have a gig coming up in the new year. It's at a large theatre in LA, it's very high profile, and there are famous people involved. BUT, until I see a contract I feel like I can not say what it is, exactly. Details soon. Real soon, I hope.

And then I ate the middle one

I took this picture for the bi-weekly email newsletter I put together for the day job. On the one hand, it's a picture of some cupcakes. On the other hand, I feel like I should be a character on Mad Men. Minus all the adultery and smoking.
